I am early halfway into this journey of life, and a true passion is hitting me. I have started to have a motto of "Let's make the second half better than the first". This is why I wanted to go back and finish my degree. I walked away from school in my early twenties, and regretted it later. Attaining this later in life has allowed me to see things from a different perspective. It has also allowed me to find a new passion: Project Management. My current employer recently allowed me to take the lead on significant project at work and I loved it. The experience was invaluable, and I was so thankful to be able to do it. This has inspired me to head in a new direction in me and I believe what I've learned will go hand in hand with leadership. At my previous employer, I was responsible for maintaining a relationship with large companies, fulfilling all of their needs. In this position, I was also responsible for managing a route consisting of over a thousand people. It was my responsibility to meet the needs of the staff in order to comply with their employer's requirements. While in the position, I met all sales requirements and increased the growth of the route. I was also one of the certified trainers for new employees.
