Director of OperationsResponsibility:• The sales of all quality assurance services ( ex: electrical test, AOI, AVI, FQA, Hi Pot,TDR,4wk,v-score services, & other services)• Authorized to visit customers and represent Gardien, within designated regional territory• The conduct of all personnel within that specific division or location• Ensure that all Manager/Supervisors are always up to date• Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled• Ensure service levels are maintained• Ensure that all Quality Management Responsibilities are fulfilled• Is the owner of Test Floor Process in that location• Is the owner of the Drill Floor Process in that location• Is the owner of the Pin Floor Process in that location• Responsible for all P&L responsibilities in that location• Ensure that all employee training/ awareness is continuously maintained/updated• Ensure all monthly preventative maintenance and calibration is performed in a timelymanner• Defining operational resources and capabilities within that location• Represent the company in communications with test service and outsourcing customers,with particular regard to scheduling and fulfilling customer needs• Human resource issues relating to people in their departments• Manage the utilization of all departments and equipment to ensure that production iscarried out effectively, economically and efficiently. Whilst ensuring that customerexpectations are met with regard to specification, agreed cost and delivery date• Liaison with customers & technical staff to resolve in-process problems• Ensure that the quality management system is fully implemented, that up to dateprocedures are in use and necessary records are maintained• Reinforce the use of the corrective action system as the primary means of recording andcommunicating problems• Ensure customer information is up to date and maintained in Gardien’s customer relationmanagement system
