• Plan, organize and conduct studies on various municipal debt related topics such as debt issuance trends
• Write instructive or educational articles for publication and for use in seminar development, such as an overview of terminology and mechanics of public agency defined benefit pension plans
• Research and prepare responses to inquiries to CDIAC from Commission members, members of the legislature, and other public and private organizations

• Assist in the issuance of municipal bonds including debt structuring, pricing, and document due diligence
• Analyze interim project loan requests and present staff recommendations to the Pooled Money Investment Board
• Model future debt issuance to supply projections for the state budget and the Treasurer's annual disclosure report
• Provide monthly bill analysis for project appropriations
• Reconcile Guaranteed Investment Contract cash flow activity and monitor compliance
