Reporting to the group CEO my responsibilities include managing PACT's Australian and Asian operations with responsibility of 38 manufacturing sites servicing Asian and North American markets and customers. Segments focus includes Beverage, Dairy, Personal Care, Pharma, Food, Household and Industrial, Steel and reuse. - Full operational and commercial responsibility and accountability- Development and execution of regional strategy- Drive business development and manage regional R&D group- Manage regional J/V's and global technical partnerships

The Rank group purchased the packaging assets from Alcoa in 2007. CSI was part of this acquisition in addition to Reynolds, Pactiv, Evergreen and other entities. Following the acquisition Rank was one of the largest packaging companies in the world with sales of over 18 billion USD.My key responsibilities (Asia Pacific):- Full P&L Responsibility for the Asia Pacific region.- Oversee regional operations and plants in Japan, China, Korea, Philippines, India and Nepal.- Led organic and inorganic growth and expansion plans in the region.- Manage and lead licensee strategy in Australia and New Zealand- Strategic growth planning and execution.- New product innovation, development and execution.- Manage sustaining and growth capital.- Responsible for over 800 employees. Key Successes:- Grew overall sales on average 25% from 2007 – 2010.- Improved EBITDA over 400% through product mix, cost and surgical pricing initiatives.- Opened 3 new factories throughout the region (China, Philippines).- Improved manufacturing performance utilizing operational excellence tools. Improved run-time by 15% by reducing scrap and focusing on total quality management.- Achieved cost savings of over 1.6 million US yearly via material and manufacturing initiatives.- Implemented customer resin based contract system helping to reduce the impact of erratic price movements of raw materials.- Launched over 15 new products in 5 years accounting for over 65% of total sales.- Secured numerous long term contracts with key global customers.

Key Responsibility (Asia / United States):CSI (Closure Systems International)- Responsible for all commercial activities for the CSI’s Asian Region.- Lead and manage technical service / customer service operations.- Manage capacity planning and forecasting for the region.- Manufacturing / Plant Manager for the Philippines CSI plant utilising Toyota Manufacturing Systems:+ Daily management+ A3 Problem solving+ Kaizen+ 5-S+ Process Management- Managed material cost savings and scraps reduction projects and implemented in all regional manufacturing locations.Consumer and institutional packaging product sales:- Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our Asian business.- P&L management.- Development and implementation of regional distribution strategies.- Strategic marketing and acquisition strategy development.- New product development Product management and contract supply coordination / material procurement / logistical and warehouse planning and development.Commercial transportation division:- Responsible for market development and sales for the commercial wheels division.- Development of Asian organisational structure.- Strategic planning and implementation.- Market development for OEM and aftermarket sales.
