Current11/2017 – PRESENTWEST CHESTER, OHIOLifecycle Operations Management Engineer \ GE Aviation• Maintain IT/OT system availability and security, ensuring DT management of all components• Ensure site infrastructure is maintained to support site needs• First line of defense for any security threats by proactively protecting against vulnerabilities• Support lean process improvement by automating manual, labor-intensive processes• Maintain knowledge base archive within Service Now to house standard work documents• Provide oversight and guidance for onsite contractors to ensure high level of site support • Coordinate and communicate all Change Management and Risk Management activities• Responsible for the site MES system Bluestreak. • Development of roadmap to digital improvements at the ATC. This also includes the strategic engagements and improvements.• Work as a business partner with business leaders and users to creatively identify / evaluate / implement / improve business technology and processes and arrive at mutual, cost-effective solutions for business success• Initiate direct communication with wide range of customer, client, supplier, and systems personnel• Implemented site wide CMMC policy. • Curated policies, knowledge base articles and USB lockbox procedure compliant to CMMC.• Lead in the evaluation / implementation of third-party software solutions• Manage 3rd party license servers for Magics, Polyworks, EOS and CL WRX 3.• Ensure conformance to IT system architecture, methods standards, and practices and participate in their design and development• Works closely with the IT Business Leader to understand the GE strategic direction on IT and help deliver on site specific initiatives
