Developed and executed strategic sales plans for CAD (Computer Aided Detection) medical equipment product to hospitals and imaging centers for helping with detection of cancer tumors in MRI, CT and Mammography images. Included is Deformable Image Registration (DIR) of deforming and contouring different images to detect cancer tumors. Aggressively recruited to revitalize and manage end-to-end medical equipment sales process including financing options, installation and training; plus local level on-going support within multi-state territory. Primary call points include Pulmonology, Radiology, Urology, Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Imaging Directors, Finance Personnel, Biomed and C -Suite.

Recruited to accelerate multi-state revenue generation for Cesium, a disposable device radioactive isotope seed used in brachytherapy cancer treatment for early stage prostate cancer. Primary call points included Radiation Oncologists, Physicists and Nuclear Medicine. Strategic focus to amend radioactive licenses with government for inclusion of Cesium, and spent 50% of time in the O.R. with dosimetry issues of placing the isotopes by ultrasound in surgery. In 2010, due to budgetary constraints, the company eliminated all Territory Manager positions created in 2007 restructuring. These positionswere eliminated based solely on each territory’s total volume available and not performance.
