Doug Daley joined Harbor Properties as its CFO in June 2003 and was promoted to COO in February 2004 and then to President and CEO in June 2005. Mr. Daley oversees all of Harbor's business activities including development, asset management and ski operations as well as managing its relationship with shareholders and financial partners.Prior to joining Harbor, Mr. Daley was the CFO at Trammell Crow Residential's West Coast Group for seven years where he was responsible for the financing and equity structuring of new apartment transactions in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California Divisions. Mr. Daley started his career in in the banking industry having worked for the real estate lending groups at both Union Bank of California (1979-1983) and Wells Fargo Bank (1983-1995) in Northern California. Mr Daley is presently an active member of the Seattle Chamber of Commerce Coummunity Roundtable and Seattle Pacific Real Estate Insitutue, and presently serves as a board member of NAIOP (Seattle Chapter) and Bellwether Housing, a non-profit low-income housing provider in Seattle.
