Directed operations and administration for 224 military personnel supporting the Global War on Terrorism. Orchestrated a 50,000-hour flying operation; managing a $106M program supporting an 18 aircraft fleet. Defined, organized and executed organizational plans ensuring program success. Monitored training and qualification programs. Selected front-line supervisors and team leaders. Evaluated and justified staffing requirements. Provided logistics support for military members and 117 aircraft maintenance contractors. Facilities manager for 13 buildings, 24 HVAC units and 8 Universal Power Supplies/associated generators. Developed Human Resources personnel. Managed operations and logistics support for the largest single flying operation in Afghanistan. - Integrated air and ground crew from 77 geographic locations and 11 diverse specialties into a tactical combat aviation team. Oversaw 26,000 combat hours in six months, directly supported the Secretary of Defense’s leading Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance priority. Provided Signals, Communications, and Full-motion Video intelligence collection to 33 International Security Assistance Force partners in 23 regions of Afghanistan. Supported Task Force teams, during 569 Helicopter and Ground Force Operations. - Developed master plan providing logistics support for a 40% staffing increase due to expanding production requirements. Implemented procedures ensuring time and target effectiveness goals were met while reducing costs. Developed/maintained transportation procedures in support of 428 personnel. Managed inbound and outbound international travel.
