I’m a highly motivated individual who always strives to achieve a high standardof work and within timescales, always motivated to learn new technologies andframeworks within my own time which can be implemented in order to make theproduct and team more efficient and effective.I’ve been working within the Software Development and Engineering, (primarily backend, but also some time as a front end developer), arena for 10years with my primary expertise in Mission Systems and Intelligence (ISTAR)to tight time scales, high standards and reliable products alongside the Ministryof Defence. This has involved the utilization of the MFC and WPF frameworksdeveloping C++ and C#. For the past year I have been developing with the Javalanguage, with the Spring framework and REST API, whilst also gaining aworking knowledge of React and JavaScript.I have a great deal of experience working within the SAFe framework to ensureeffective and time critical tasks are continually released to the customer, whilstusing Jira to plan, track and manage tasks. Furthermore, the use of Git wasemployed for our code repository.Due to my background, I am a reliable, effective, conscientious and dedicatedworker whilst working both as part of a team as well as individually. I thrive onchallenges and am an effective problem solver and clear thinker. I also haveexcellent communication skills and able to communicate to a variety ofindividuals and organisations at all levels.I am currently studying for my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner 2023 award aswell as developing React, Node, JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge.
