• Extract standardized 1:50K 2D vector layers using orthorectified commercial and NTM imagery raster datasets provided by NGA or downloaded and orthorectified by individual analysts, as well as, Multi-spectral Imagery.
• Use classified intelligence reports and unclassified resources such as Google Earth and Wikimapia to derive attribute information to add intelligence value to the data layers which will be used by USAREUR and NGA.
• Work with Team Leads and NGA Data Steward to help develop process improvements to maximize workflow and increase efficiencies with attribution conflicts
• Utilize Topology tools, Attribution checker tools, and GAIT to conduct QA/QC.

• Assisted Deputy Project Manager and Team Lead managing and organizing up to 13 employees creating customized cartographic products using GIS concepts and open source harvesting to create Locations of Interest (LOI).
• Assisted in technical proposal writing with the SAIC management team in creating a white paper that turned into a multi-million dollar stand up contract using NGA’s next generation concepts
• Worked with senior level programmers as a Technical Associate to develop a GIS data platform using spatial data from internet sites that LOI could integrate the API information into open source data harvesting.
• Training Lead responsible for writing production workflows, extraction guidance, and creating training slides for proper feature extraction for employees

• Exploited monoscopic orthorectified imagery to extract 2D, 100% land cover feature data at scales of 50-100K for NGA's Multi-national Geospatial Co-production Program (MGCP) product using the TRD guidance
• Worked with ArcSDE to organize many cells for complete coverage extraction, edge-matching, and attribution of cultural, vegetation, hydrographic, and military features
• Used Geospatial Analysis Integrity Tool (GAIT) to perform quality control checks on the databases
• Implemented a new method of reviewing, verifying, and correcting QC calls increasing production efficiency by over 400%
