Biomedical Bioinformatician (UFRN | PPg - Bioinfo)- Currently a Bachelor's student in Information Technology (IT - UFRN) and a PhD student in Bioinformatics (PPg - Bioinfo)- Minor Student in Data Science- Minor Student in Artificial IntelligenceMy research interest in the PhD is focused on the development and research of innovative biotechnological solutions using microbiology, aimed at mitigating environmental pollution. With a background in bioinformatics and experience in bacterial cultivation techniques and molecular biology, I strive to integrate molecular techniques with genomic, metagenomic, and metatranscriptomic data to understand and enhance the role of microorganisms in the recovery of polluted environments. My focus in the Information Technology bachelor's program is to build a solid foundation in programming to contribute to my projects in Bioinformatics and also deepen my knowledge in the areas of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Software EngineeringI am always available for productive discussions on the subject and open to opportunities to collaborate on interdisciplinary projects in the field of environmental biotechnology.
