Having recently spent the past four years completing a master’s degree in International Business Management with Operations Management from Heriot-Watt University, I covered a number of key modules, such as; Global Business Analysis, International Entrepreneurship, Commercial Law, Operations Management, Strategic Management, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. These experiences have honed my analytical and problem-solving abilities, while equipping me with a solid understanding of business operations. Alongside that, I have broadened my commercial awareness and instincts having spent over four years as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury’s, where I have gained valuable insights into the retail industry and developed a range of skills that are crucial to success in any business environment. More specifically, my time at Sainsbury's has taught me the importance of communication, teamwork, and adaptability, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
