• Enhance Current ETL Processo Current ETL process has many issues, long running processing, incorrect processing. So far, fixed ETL process from running over 19 hours a day to 14 hours Data processing has been fixed to a 75%• Review and Enhance Current SSIS packageso SSIS Packages are not efficient and created many issues. • Responsible of all SQL for the BI groupo This includes all daily processing including indexing, clean ups and maintenance overlooking the West Region DBAs’ 7 Total DBAs’ included in the team over 45 SQL Clusters and 5 UNIX Oracle Servers. That same work order initiated work flow that included all operation department’s serviceability to install.• 100% PCI compliant done in VB.Net in production over one year error free and due to regionalization it was decommissioned.o Presently running 3 mayor applications which integrate all departments. • Established current Software Development Cycle used in the west region.

• Software maintenance of Item Development Tools written in Power Builder using Oracle as a data base Storage and exporting to XML.• Technical and programming lead in all Harcourt Item Banks (Data warehouse) all in File Maker Pro using different technologies (such as: Access, Visual FoxPro, DBF tables and Data Bases, Visual Basic, Word, Excel, Oracle, J2EE, XML...) to achieve the desired outcome, plus importing and exporting data to many different formats and platforms. These Items Banks are more than just a repository of data; there are more of a tool for the creation of state test and other functionality.• Developed and lead several major Item Banks (Data warehouse) for states item repository and test building over the Web.
