• Supervised and set the strategic direction for feasibility analytics across the Infectious Diseases & Vaccines Therapeutic Area in partnership with the Feasibility Center of Excellence and Janssen Central Data Science.• Implemented an agile team structure for delivering feasibility analytics that improved delivery and collaboration both within my team of three data science portfolio managers and externally with our key stakeholders.• Identified opportunities to integrate advanced analytics (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning) and real-world data into our existing methodology in order to generate innovative new insights for clinical trial teams.
