Aviation Quality Assurance Supervisor - Served as lead Quality Assurance Inspector for Aviation organization consisting of H-60A/L/M, H-47G, H-1H/V, H-72A helicopters. Managed aircraft historical records for eight different helicopters airframes in accordance with regulations. Prepared helicopters for extensive maintenance and inspections, including phase inspection. Provided senior-level maintenance guidance to over 200 personnel across the organization. During the 10 years, trained, coached and mentored 55 Quality Assurance Inspectors, and over 600 Maintenance Technicians across the Army. Managed maintenance programs including Corrosion Control, Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP), Life Cycle items and Product Quality Deficiency Report (PQDR). Determined TBO items and proper 2410 documents were correct in the Maintenance Consolidated Data System (MCDS).
