I help businesses achieve strategic goals. I guided the creation of a stakeholder engagement plan for 4-year long construction project, working in tandem with public stakeholders and company leaders to drive support. I acquired buy-in and led the development of cross-functional, data-driven strategies for several businesses. During the pandemic, I coordinated policies and PR initiatives for a distillery's production-line pivot from spirits to hand sanitizer during the COVID shutdown, helping guide the company's distribution of 5,000 gallons/week.Finally, I've leveraged my negotiation and facilitation skills to lead collaborative brand strategy sessions for several startup-style businesses, helping business leaders align their vision.

I helped teams enhance the performance of multi-company, shared-service SaaS apps by road mapping, sizing, and prioritizing stories throughout SDLC. We increased deployment frequency using smaller deliveries to improve quality and team agility. Apps we built include HR, Project Management, Compliance, Marketing, Design, Purchasing, Property Management, Documentation, and eLearning.I also oversaw the lifecycle of all 11 branded websites for a global enterprise, from discovery to decommission. During this time I tailored a variety of content management solutions for the sales and marketing teams, achieved the accelerated launch of $60K e-commerce initiative for an operational pivot during the pandemic, and served as product owner for a $30K virtual tour of said $100M distillery.

I led the cross-functional documentation efforts for a multi-state time clock app with a $150K budget. Facilitated joint application development sessions with UX, design, senior engineers, and HR to develop process maps; along the way, we discovered pre-existing errors and worked with HR and Accounting to analyze root causes and mitigate litigation risk. I built a robust documentation site using Sphinx that was used throughout the software lifecycle. I also helped optimize onboarding processes for SaaS developers using virtualized, sanitized environments by working with senior engineers to draft and publish workflows instead of orally passing them on. We also ended up creating style guides for in-house engineers.Outside the developer domain, I've led cross-functional projects such as the evaluation of land parcels. Ive also overseen the research and documentation that defined internal policies with government agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management.

I worked with a property management company that owns several high-profile buildings in the Bay Area, interviewing architects and researching building histories to developing interactive kiosks for end ebooks that contributed to LEED accreditations for these properties (LEED SIlve CI - Platinum). I also developed content for over 10 architectural websites, articulating green tech and buildouts for jewel box properties.I developed tenant handbooks in collaboration with property managers for buildings around the globe worth ~$300M.Finally, I worked alongside leaders to oversee the creation of an investment strategy workbook for a nonprofit. I partnered with C-level executives to help them articulate their needs and articulate beliefs. The 72-page manual has guided board investments since 2019 to fund 55+ charities.

I love to share knowledge! I've tailored in-house training on WordPress, Craft CMS, Adwords/Analytics, HTML email, design fundamentals, project management, writing, critical thinking, and strategy. I've also been a coach for individuals, helping them achieve goals such as improving communication and writing skills.
