Selected achievements:⊙ Established BCforward’s presence in India, starting domestic business while building it to 600+ people on billing; ensured compliance with Strategic Economic Zone (SEZ) requirements, capitalizing on tax incentives while opening major accounts with Fortune-ranked industry leaders. ⊙ Launched wholly-owned subsidiary of BCforward, Stafforward, and led multimillion-dollar sales growth with 75+ clients and 500 resources; grew to largest event staffing organization in Indiana, staffing highly-complex events like the Super Bowl.⊙ Facilitated global expansion, opening offices in India, US, Puerto Rico, and Canada; established offshore operations, including IT infrastructure, recruiting functions, office spaces, IT/BPO services, and sales/account management. ⊙ Negotiated inclusion into Indian Strategic Economic Zone (SEZ), offering substantial tax incentives/savings as part of effort to establish operation in Hyderabad, India.⊙ Completed large organizational re-structure by evolving recruiting team from three US team members to 250+ internationally; concurrently grew global sales/account management team from three to 30+ resources within the global/national/regional management structure.⊙ Involved in establishing the strategic vision of nearly all core business areas, including IT systems, ERP selection, legal/finance department structure, phone systems, etc.

As Director, I spearheaded business development and delivery efforts spanning the entire state of Indiana. Selected achievements:⊙ Pursued, presented, negotiated, and managed the largest contract in TEKsystems Global Services history, resulting in award worth tens of millions to support R&D IT systems. ⊙ Grew Eli Lilly account by tens of millions in annual revenue. ⊙ Opened foundational accounts with Liberty Mutual and KAR while outsourcing multiple departmental functions to nearshore facility.⊙ Bolstered Account Management team’s support to enable global service sales.
