Developed and implemented a strategy for creating a GSA financing capability for the national C&W multi-family investment team which involved negotiating a joint venture with a major GSA lender.

Partner in private real estate investment banking firm with responsibility for arranging equity and debt financing for commercial real estate properties and businesses throughout North America and the Caribbean. President and Chief Compliance Officer of SG Securities, a FINRA-registered broker dealer. Securities licenses include Series 24, 7 and 63.

Managed a team of bankers focused on arranging joint venture equity financing for public and private companies across all asset classes. Directly involved in the negotiation, structuring and sale of bridge equity product.Major clients included Boston Properties, MetLife, Vornado, Simon Property Group, TIAA-CREF, JPMorgan Investment Management, Shorenstein, Meristar, L&B Realty Advisors and Argent Ventures.Completed in excess of $15B of capital transactions.

Built and managed North American hospitality business with team of hotel bankers/advisors located throughout North America. CEO of North American hotel business and one of three individuals responsible for managing JLL's global hotel advisory business with 100+ professionals in 30 offices around the world. Personally involved in the financing or sale of more than 100 hotels. Provided advisory services for in excess of $50B of hotel properties and/or portfolios.

Analyzed corporate leveraged buy-outs including high-end retailing companies (Saks Fifth Avenue, Gucci, Chaumet) and other operating businesses.

Completed bank credit program. Advised on tax-exempt project revenue bond financings for public and not-for-profit entities throughout New England.
