Doug is the founder & managing director of FormTech Inc. - PRINT PACKAGE LABEL & Marketing Communications firm. FormTech specializations: Print, Label, Package, Design/Decorating, Digital Signage, Direct Marketing programs.FORMTECH trains employees with the MBTI, a communication skills discipline; this to improve the performance of work groups. Prior to establishing his firm, Doug worked for 13 years for The Standard Register Company, a nation-wide Print, Data Systems, and Document Equipment manufacturer. Doug achieved ACCOUNT DIRECTOR status success and evidenced by 10 of 13 annual "Presidents Club" membership. Doug conceived, designed and manufactured a new medical packaging product. His firm now produces the "STS", marketing this product line nationally to Healthcare Networks and Biological Testing Labs. Doug attended Rowan U.- undergrad and Seton Hall U. - post grad. Additional studies: CE work in Sports Psych and the MBTI. Doug is a former NCAA collegiate student / athlete. He is an NJSIAA NJWOA Official honored with state final assignments. In January 2010, Doug created the Somerset County Rocky Forte Memorial Award for his fallen collegiate coach to Mesothelioma. A Romanesque challis, “The Loving Cup”, emblematic of Rocky's virtues and values, is presented annually at the Somerset County NJ Wrestling Championships. Doug and Dr. Anthony Palisi, have written a biography on NJ native & Olympic Decathlon Champion, Milton Gray Campbell. Dr Palisi is the former Program Director & Dean at the Seton Hall University Graduate School. They have created a digital ebook of Milt Campbell's rise to the Olympic Decathlon Championship.
