• Perform operations management for a five-year, $968M GSA FEDSIM Task Order (MARLINS C5ISR) within the U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) area of focus. • Provide subject matter expertise and oversight for C5ISR operations for 20+ TDLs and 40+ individual projects [i.e., land and maritime, COCO/ISR, UAS, and Field Service Representative (FSR) activities, maintenance, and logistics support] to meet SOUTHCOM operational mission objectives.• Serve as senior liaison between SOUTHCOM Directorates, GSA, Smartronix PMO and PMs, and TDL Stakeholders executing an FY22 $150M+ budget involving Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) training, UAS operations, hardware support, and technology integration.• Coordinate with multiple SOUTHCOM Directorates and Security Cooperation Offices (SCOs) to validate and understand mission needs, technical requirements, funding types, schedules, and potential issues.• Identify and procure C5ISR platforms/technologies capable of meeting DoD mission requirements, including positive identification of adversaries, associated equipment, and land- and water-based vessels used for illicit activities.• Establish and manage working groups, define requirements, and resolve conflicts to enable focused, low-risk, cost-effective, and comprehensive C5ISR operations in multiple Central and South American countries.

• Advise federal-level public sector clients (Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC), etc.) in Information Operations (IO) employment within the U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) area of focus.• Employ database management and quantitative/qualitative analysis to evaluate clients’ programmatic goals and financial requirements (MS Access, MS Excel, and ArcGIS).• Provide budgetary forecasting and return on investment (ROI) recommendations to executive SOUTHCOM leadership.• Collaborate with intelligence professionals to identify C5ISR opportunities, manage organizational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions.• Draft IO assessment summaries to satisfy quarterly/yearly reporting requirements to the U.S. Congress and other federal stakeholders.• Conduct training and perform effects-based measurement in accordance with client directives.• Develop and implement security-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manuals• Present executive-level briefings and findings to agency leadership.• Interface with private sector organizations and academia to promote information sharing, collaboration, and policy improvement.
