Gameday Cinematographer

Develop the creative vision and marketing strategy directly with Chairman for the Foundation. Execution of all branded content (video, audio, photography, etc.) and dissemination. Build relationships annually with 30 high school students from across the country and serve as one of three mentors on the ACTS College tour.

Managed production of all video deliverables, including script development, studio management and production management. Created and developed high-quality alternative, commercial, scripted and non-scripted content spanning broadcast, digital, social media, in-arena and radio – over 110 projects in total. Driving a 300% year-over-year increase in production quantity during the 2015/2016 season. Managed budgets, staff, freelance crews and production timelines for multiple ongoing video projects. Developed and executed a strategic vision to protect, drive and maximize engagement between the 76ers brand and consumer. Worked extensively on developing and expanding partnerships to extend the brand through original content and ultimately drive revenue growth. Created first-class entertainment features to ensure partner fulfillment and fan enjoyment.

Built in-house creative and video production team. Conceived, shot and edited all internal/external content designed to engage, elevate and educate. Set the creative strategy for content by pitching new concepts, media strategies and developed original content that catered to the core message of the brand. Created internal content channel, Power TV, to establish credibility, educate employees and promote dynamic culture. Developed a distribution strategy to ensure content is shared across all digital platforms multiple times. Worked with senior management to identify strategic priorities through company restructuring.

Created and developed alternative, commercial, scripted and non-scripted content spanning broadcast, digital, social media, in-stadium and radio. Monitored project management best practices throughout project initiation, creative process, development and production processes. Provided a working knowledge of traditional and new media production, including studio-based, remote and live production for television, online, mobile and social media platforms.

Assisted all in-house cinematographers on location shoots with production needs. Refined artistic and technical savvy by operating, adjusting and repairing cameras with a high degree of operational and technical knowledge.
