Motability Operations Plan and implement a work schedule for the year, based on known and changing priorities to meet the required business needs.Carry out a detailed business review with the dealer/dealer group covering all aspects of the business, sales, fleet growth, business channel, renewal rates and Motability Dealer Partnership sales and after sales rewards, comparing the data against the franchise average and scheme average.Identify any short falls and put in place an action plan to achieve the required results.Provide a strategic interface between ourselves and key partners to ensure good customer service is delivered to our mutual customers.Promote fleet growth, with the aide of marketing, best practice ideas.Maintain a dealer/dealer group contact data base to aide internal departments.Build and maintain key working partnerships with internal/external teams to maximise the dealer experience for the customer. Increase the profit opportunity for dealers thus keeping the motability sales channel high on the agenda.Devise and deliver add-hoc training to sales and after sales teams.Deliver Marketing workshops across dealer groups to share best practices and implement new ideas.Maintain an optimum after sales spend across the dealer's fleet, to ensure up-selling is kept within the franchise averages. This is to ensure any potential fraud against the scheme is investigated and resolution sought.

Working on behalf of our client Nissan Motor GB to ensure the Nissan dealer network maintained the standards required, under their franchise agreement. Field based, covering the North of England, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Planning and implementing a quarterly workload to ensure the dealer network received the required audit for each programme.Ensuring the dealer met the required standards to hold the car, light commercial vehicles and b2b franchise. Also, any central parts distribution depots met the required standards for the region and ensuring the brand was not compromised in any marketing activity.Identifying any shortfalls and agreeing time frames for rectification.Deal with ad hoc audits as required by the client.

Deliver ‘Motability Specialist' dealer training to approximately 16 delegates at any one time, ranging from trainee sales personnel to sales managers. Deliver refresher training courses to approximately 40 delegates on each course.Negotiate after sales labour rates, parts discounts and oil prices with dealer networks.Provide an expert pro-active interface with the dealer network to regulate and enhance the customer service standards. This was achieved by carrying out annual inspections and management reviews.
