I possess a very strong background with Project Management , negotiations, contracts and managing sub-contractors. Responsible for overall project finical performance from quoting, thru the life cycle of the project and final job costing to ensure profitability. Accountable for accuracy of and completeness of RFP’s for quantities, pricing, and bonding as required. Change order management as required. Quantity take offs from supplied drawings and site surveys for all RFP’s and RFQ’s. Partial and final invoicing as required. Manage Sub-contractors based on there existing work load and pricing. Extensive knowledge in overall Outside Plant, Aerial and Underground Design and Construction , MDU Prewire and Rewire, both Internal and External, Fiber Architecture, HFC Networks, FTTX Design and Build, Wi-Fi Networks, DAS, both (I) and (O) WiFi, construction and installations, Splicing details, and Structured Cabling requirements in accordance to BICSI standards. Permitting at the Provincial, Municipal, Utility, Pipeline, Highway, and Rail crossing levels. Permitting thru local Utilities and Telecoms for Joint use projects (SSA Experienced with ESA 22.4, CSA, and T.S.S.A., Aerial and Underground Construction Standards and requirements.  Very knowledgeable with Building and Fire codes. Manage multiple projects from conception to completion in timely and cost effective manner. Develop, Track and Report on project(s) relating to Construction scheduling and budgets when required and report to Senior Management. Review for acceptance project plans and Scopes of work for accuracy as submitted by design solution contractors.  Excellent Product knowledge.
