I am a project and marketing coordinator and author/illustrator based in Portland, Oregon. My skills include staff and asset management, graphic design and copywriting, event planning, social media marketing, and digital fundraising.I have proudly partnered with several of Portland's most iconic organizations, including Deschutes Brewery and the Portland Trail Blazers. I am currently Pub Marketing Coordinator for the Deschutes Brewery Portland Public House, where I also run the Community Involvement Team, chair the DEI Community Outreach subcommittee and Q Committee, an internal think tank dedicated to modernizing LGBTQIA+ representation and inclusion within the craft brewing industry.Through sheer grit and determination, I have raised thousands of dollars running two successful Kickstarter campaigns — despite starting with no previously established philanthropic network. I am a published author whose pioneering books for LGBTQIA+ children can be found online at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Mascot Books, and Books-a-Million, and which has received a musical adaptation from 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle, WA.I hold my BFA degree from Southern Oregon University's acclaimed Theatre Arts undergraduate program.My love of language, in everything from Shakespeare and Lovecraft to Bill Peet and Dr. Seuss, informs a precise, whimsical writing style which lends itself well to other applications such as copywriting. As a vector illustrator, my aesthetic is clean and polished, utilizing bright colors, high contrast, and distinct, minimalist lines.I live in Portland, Oregon with my boyfriend and our boxer-ridgeback, Harper.
