I am responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Sno-King Youth Hockey Association. Some of my duties include: - Overseeing all of Sno-King’s youth hockey programs and player development.- Scheduling and conducting various coaching clinics throughout the year.- Designing, organizing, and managing programs for coaches, parents and youth players.- Coaching the Sno-King coaches and teams and giving 1-on-1 lessons.- Managing $2M+ worth of annual fees.- Increased association membership from 300 players to 850 players.- Exposed hockey to thousands of youth across the greater Seattle area with the "Learn to Play" program.

I handled day-to-day operations of this start-up printer recycling company. I was involved in all aspects of running a mid-size company, and some of my tasks included:- Effectively lead scheduling and managing productivity of five front line associates.- Training and developing nearly 20 entry level personnel.
