I teach foundational leadership and business to future leaders. I leverage my experience in the commercial and military environments to broaden my learners’ understanding and skills. I endeavor to understand each learner’s desired future state, and help them actualize the intent of the material into a tangible leverage point for their skills and career. I lead the integration of concept development, data analytics, innovative solutions and capabilities development efforts of over 250 people into a cohesive strategic plan for future operations, to include international partnership, joint operations with Department of Defense services and international partners. I produce a complex organizational roadmap for future operations with consideration to global operations, interoperability with joint and allied partners for a 320,000-person organization. Strategically focused leadership to meet or exceed production requirements utilizing human capital models, including skills sets and experience considerations, leveraging data analytics and production models. I led complex, industrial aircraft organizational- and intermediate-level maintenance production efforts for F-22 and F-15 combat fighter aircraft to meet both training and combat flying requirements across three distinct flying operations. I leveraged team building and leadership models to build high performance organizations who successfully deployed into combat zones and exceeded sustained flying production requirements. I managed classified program requirements and successfully optimize program goals. I developed the single successful Low Observable (LO) quantitative methodology for sustainability in training and combat zones for the F-22 program. I led the F-22 organizational- and intermediate-level maintenance production effort, which included sustaining the low observable characteristics of the F-22, engine management as well as dynamic inspection requirements. My team developed a sustainable aircraft fleet health program that met flying operations; this was a first in the F-22 community in the mid-2000s. Additionally, my team, under my leadership built the best in the United States Air Force production organizations in the F-22 and F-15 aircraft platforms.

I work one-on-one with leaders to map personal and professional goals, establish milestones with deliberate lines of effort for both their personal and professional lives and organizations, and collectively look at how their life endeavors translate to the success of their business ventures.
