Responsible for the administration and management of all distribution functions for the Northeast Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire district. Responsible for the management of the distribution operation to all vending kiosks located at Logan International Airport. This required the close liaison with airport security for compliance with Federal Homeland Security Guidelines. Responsible for all administrative functions pertaining to budget, sales goals, distribution and product level maintenance for designated district. Responsible for management and direction of 10 -12 delivery personnel as well as 4 contracted distribution companies. Responsible for all administrative functions including budget preparation, HR and payroll functions, expense reporting, quarterly and semi-annual goals and evaluation reports.

•Responsible for administration and management of all phases of retention, collection and distribution efforts of 8 district managers and 108 independently contracted delivery agents.•Tasked with troubleshooting and problem resolution, retention and growth of customer base as well as cost control and budgeting in the company’s historically lowest performing market.•Planned, instituted and oversaw 25% increase in vending machine and dealer sales locations. Reorganized and improved distribution process resulting in over an 80% INCREASE in single copy sales.•Instituted a service improvement program which resulted in a drastic improvement in the overall service rating for the division; the result, of which, reduced the combined complaint ratio from 4.25 down to 1.79 complaints per one thousand deliveries.•Took action to stream-line the product distribution operation; reorganized truck routes, consolidated distributor product pickup locations and instituted formal pickup schedules. Learned and perfected my craft: Responsible for the administration and management functions pertaining to delivery and sales operations within West Pasco County district overseeing the daily delivery operations of 15 distributors. Resolved customer service problems, administered billing and retention procedures for a customer base of over 4500. Aggressively tackled and corrected a district-wide problem with a longstanding sub-par customer service rating resulting in massive improvements to daily and Sunday service. Increased vending machine and vendor locations which resulted in a significant increase in product sales. Instituted a dealer follow-up program to ensure quick resolution of billing issues and promote better coordinated sales efforts between dealers and our distributors.Reduced costs by restructuring and redesigning delivery routes enabling more efficiency and fewer contractors. Superbly managed the entire West Pasco county distribution operation, which previously had required 3 district managers. This was due to vacancies, and also apersonnel restructure event which eliminated one manager's position. I worked with the Transportation department to reorganize and restructure the truck delivery routes and drop-sites to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
