About Douglas Lynch

I have over 25 years of experience as an actuary in the health insurance industry and I am currently in my third role as Chief Actuary with the prior two being at HCSC and Florida Blue. Having led teams in actuarial, underwriting, finance, FP&A, analytics and many more, my experience is certainly broader in nature than just actuarial. My current role at Sidecar Health is challenging me to rethink, and sometimes relearn, everything I have learned in my career giving me an extremely unique and comprehensive perspective on all aspects of the health insurance industry.
