My company; Insight Business Applications Ltd was established in 1996 and has mostly traded in the supply of IT consultancy, chiefly to Central Government.At present we are developing an exciting new location sharing mobile phone application called PinPointEye. We are in the final stages of development - so watch this space....Update1: Pinpointeye allows locations to be pin pointed quickly and easily, and shared just as easily with users of the app and non-users as well. Saved places can be added to multiple favourite lists that can also be created and shared just as easily. The interface with Google maps makes getting directions to a pin point location easy and accurate - yes you can get directions to the front door. Other features include location sharing that allows tracking of other users and a powerful Emergency feature for anyone who is in danger or lost.Pipeline development; Hyperlink enabled pinpoint locations.Recently added features:Google calendar updates from saved places lists are now operational, allowing saved places to be included into Google Calendar events with pinpoint accurate directions.Instant Pinpoint - allows the user to instantly pinpoint, save, and share from a location they have reached.Icon overlays have now been included in the saved places map giving access to places of interest for tourists and businesses. We now have a new UK based team of developers working on Pinpointeye to upgrade it with some new features and develop a new website. The team is headed up by myself as applications designer, followed by Will Mason, lead analyst, Vishal Waikar, analyst developer.
