Handling, preparing, merchandising and serving sustainably sourced fish to customers on a daily basis. Responsibilities included the opening and closing of the shop, filleting and cleaning a variety of freshwater and marine fish species, delivering products to customers and the handing and registering of money.

Serving Mediterranean cuisine and beverages to customers and undertaking general hospitality responsibilities including cleaning and assisting in cooking duties whilst adhering to strict hygiene requirements. I successfully managed a small team of staff members to serve customers efficiently.
