In this role I am responsible for managing specialty product and distributor results for profitability and the product line contribution to achieving corporate goals. In addition I am responsible for new product and plan pricing as well as changes to current terms.

Create and manage specialized products and programs for group benefit and P&C distributors.Establish new distributor partnerships and manage existing relationships.Manage specialized product corporate underwriting.Worked with internal IT department to create new program business system.Set up new reinsurance treaties and manage other existing treaties.Provide support for corporate due diligence with OSFI and provincial regulators.
