I graduated High School in 2007. After High School, I attended Winston-Salem State University from 2007 to 2014. While in High School, I studied hard, I worked hard on my achievements, and I made good grades. I was accepted into Winston-Salem's summer Science Outreach Program (SOP), I was accepted into the Honors College Program, and I was awarded the Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) scholarship. When I entered college my aspiration was to become a Scientist or an Oncologist, thereby enrolling in the Molecular Biology Discipline. Nearing the end of my Freshman year, I realized I did not want to be a Scientist or an Oncologist as a life achievement. I did not know what I wanted as a life achievement. But I knew I wanted a "burning passion"​, to be a part of what helped me define my life goals and successes.My greatest fear was disappointing my mother. So I pressed my way on down a miserable and unhappy path until I began to self-destruct. I ended up disappointing my mother and breaking her heart. But my mother helped me to rebuild my life and encouraged me to "be creative"​, "find my passion"​, then run towards "that passion"​.THANK YOU WSSU FOR MY 1ST LESSONS LEARNED!Currently, I work at Wal-mart and I find great satisfaction with what I am doing because I was afforded the opportunity to start at the beginning with a company, learn the company and work my way up. I am still learning and has learned a wealth of wisdom through working with people and working for people. In addition, I was encouraged to seek out other opportunities to reinvent myself, find my passion, and be creative. I have always wanted the chance to do some traveling while I am young and do not have a family. So I decided to try Xstream Travel/Paycation as another opportunity to explore what life has to offer.
