I am a problem solver. I learned from my time developing systems at the Kroc center, that my specialty is finding a way to the goal and more importantly helping others to get there. As an advocate at heart, I enjoyed the opportunity to help develop employees, shape the systems that support them, and work toward our company mission.My passion for organizing teams to achieve a goal pointed me to the HR field. I started work two years ago as a recruiter for an amazing company, Empire Airlines. My time in this role has cemented my short-term goals of continuing my education with a B.S. in Human Resource Management and getting my SHRM-CP certification. Outside of the office I love playing golf, rock climbing, and enjoying Idaho’s amazing outdoors. I take pride in being an active community member and volunteer as a swim coach. Being someone who had the support of an amazing community growing up, I value the impact communities can have.
