I've had a rich career - starting off in academia, then in the military, and finally in three different multinationals (oil, metals and business equipment - the latter at Director level); and finally (or so I thought) building my own Consulting business. Throughout this time I've been able to enjoy teaming with like-minded people building innovative and effective organisations renowned not just for their customer focus, and their work, but their commitment to their staff too. But then on 'retirement' (or so I thought) - I began to apply these same principles in leading two key charities - enabling them through service-driven transformation to achieve greater success in their fund-raising endeavors. Which brings me to now: and the fact I'm making yet another fresh start! Although a true-blue Aussie, I've moved with my wife to Holland for family reasons and am engrossed in my latest challenge: building one of Holland's most innovative and successful security and surveillance businesses and spreading its reach 'Down Under'
