Assisting the project director and being in charge of the proposals until completed for final approval from the funders, recruiting all the qualified trainers, and assisting in the development of the required training materials, venues, suppliers, and reporting processes. implemented training courses for over 1000 trainees from the tourism and hospitality industries, such as tour guides, tour operators, spas, restaurants, and hotel workers, for refresher skills and knowledge. dealt with all hoteliers, owners of businesses, and tourism professionals around Siem Reap, coordinating with ASEAN Tourism Professional Consultants and higher ranking officers from the Ministry of Tourism, Cambodia.
