About Douglas Mohammed

I have extensive experience working in camps of various sizes and am very comfortable in that environment, as well as non-camp shop and field service roles suit me fine as well. Also I would like to note that I have a very broad base of equipment that I am capable of working on; {on-highway heavy equipment, but heavily biased towards working on, off-road construction and mining equipment, including but not limited to loaders, dozers, graders, excavators, skid-steers, packers, and dump trucks of various sizes including wiggle wagons, and heavy haulers. I am capable of completing complete frame-off overhauls including complete engine diss-assembly/re-assembly; so I am knowlegable in cooling systems, injection systems, A/C systems, electrical trouble shooting/diagnosing, fuel systems, tracked vehicle suspension systems, brake systems, engine alignment, and of course work place safety is a huge priority while working in a time efficient manor. I can perform welding repairs and limited fabricating with both gas and stick, as well as oxy-acetalyne torch use. I should note I can safely operate all vehicles/equipment, mentioned above. I have effective computer skills and can operate a verity of PC as well as mac OS, as well as modern HD equipment manufacturer software systems (from numerous manufacturers), to aid in trouble-shooting equipment faults. As well as accurate time keeping and service record management skill sets. I have a valid Heavy Equipment Technician ticket, valid drivers license, WHIMIS proficient, unfortunately my First-Aid/CPR is out of date, but have taken the course several times throughout my working career and can pass another course easily. I am able to conduct my self in a calm professional manor in extreme weather conditions and cross cultural working environments.

Listed skills include Heavy Equipment, Process Improvement, Customer Service, Continuous Improvement, and 17 others.
