The business of customer fulfillment is a Rubik's Cube and I am learning all of the algorithms. I toyed around with a few different positions when I was first starting out, but Amazon was my first real job. I started out packing product into boxes, and since then I have made a point to learn anything and everything I can about how the company operates. In five years, I have had an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of fulfillment, logistics, delivery, and some corporate/finance roles. I have launched 9 different Amazon locations, been a part of multiple highly selective teams, been a key contributor on launching a worldwide project, led teams of up to 450 people, developed multiple new leaders within the company, and acted as the site leader for a moderately sized delivery station. I found these opportunities because I always make a point to learn everything I can about new business lines or processes that I interact with. I believe my curiosity and drive will take me to the moon and back if left unchecked. As a professional, the thing I value above all is developing people with raw talent into the most effective leaders they can be. I have a passion for learning everything I can and writing, both creative and professional.
