Lead engineer for most all of the functional areas of Pinnacle Communications software.Responsible for level 3 maintenance of existing releases.Lead Design architect for all new initiatives along with any enhancements and reworks.Utilizing Agile Software development methods.Work with support and end users to identify problems with focus on performance tuning and patches.Also provide technical support and mentoring for level 1 and 2 engineering for trouble resolution and patches.Developed as part of a scrum group, new install and upgrade build methodologies to help bring product to market more rapidly.

Developed and supported custom work for billing system product utilizing Visual Delphi, Report Builder, Crystal reports on top of an Informix database.Some projects included designing and creating appropriate data structures.Also responsible for building Installshield scripts to release software to the testing department and on to customer.At the time Veramark was ISO9001 certified and as such I was responsible as part of my projects to document: Estimates of work, Functional Specifications, Software design specifications, Design and code reviews.
