He was chief author of the first national blueprint for a circular economy in Europe. He advises multinational corporations, startups, city and national governments on environmental health, as well as developing public health infrastructure and researching bio-compatible medical technologies. In his earlier career he was Co-Founding CEO of the largest and first TV and radio network in Ukraine, and co-founded The Environmental Institute, the first South American NGO for recycling wastewater. He supported the startup of many companies, NGOs and dedicated projects.He advises medical nanotechnology startups on biologically compatible therapies and is the author of a best-selling book on reversing hardening of the arteries. Elastrin Therapeutics, which he Chaired as co-founder, developed the first humanized antibody specific for damaged elastic fiber, which is a core player in lung and vascular disease.
