Hundreds of companies have outdated and crippling exclusivity policies that keep the "help wanted" signs in their windows typically until growth shrinks enough to get by with what they have. My work at Hercules focuses on connecting employers needing entry-level people with the huge pool of available talent that goes overlooked. These workers are often those uncertain of what their immigration status allows them, and are just entering the common workplace with our guidance and support.
