Service Delivery Project Manager
CurrentAbout the jobAs a Service Delivery Project Manager, they would work with the technical teams on projects ranging from website migrations to website development. Project managers are pro-active when identifying and resolving potential blockers and day-to-day problems. The Service Delivery Project Manager is responsible for managing Client and Team expectations throughout the project - from technical discovery, translation of Client requirements into scope requirements, to project planning, through to implementation, performing internal quality control and bringing the project to successful completion.Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations and tactical aspects of large-scale projects.- Maintain all project documentation (plans, RAID Logs, budgets, schedules, etc.).- Manage project dependencies, timelines, and milestones using appropriate tools.- Schedule and lead kick-off, discovery, status, and stakeholder update calls.- Setup and maintain project portal for coordination.- Report on budget, submit timesheets, and follow up with task owners.- Lead project closure and maintain document repository.- Ensure deliverables meet standards and project requirements.- Communicate project expectations clearly to team and stakeholders.- Manage project expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle scope changes.
