VP - Acquisitions and Business Development

Involved in the day-to-day operations of a real estate investment fund. Primarily responsible for location, analysis and purchasing of additional real estate based assets. Also share responsibility in areas of capital development, client relations and bulk asset sales. In addition, I hold responsibility for special project management of additional real estate and non-real estate based assets.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with the development and maintenance of the distribution networks in each of the individual states, providing training and sales assistance to all levels of personnel, dissemination of marketing collateral and product samples, overseeing the ordering and movement of materials into the territory, provide upper level sales and marketing support as necessary. Also assist corporate office in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Responsible for all aspects of local and national trade show venues, including set-up, participation and sales and marketing leadership at shows. Seven state region of coverage included Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas and Louisiana.

Provided full residential appraisal services and consultation. Responsibilities included daily contact with clients, such as mortgage brokers, banks, and individuals who were in need of appraisal services. Established values on residential properties. Acted as sole liaison between financial institutions and their clients. Areas of specialization included luxury and new home properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Also specialized in providing professional testimony in legal disputes involving real estate matters.
