• Provide project management and program development in support of the Stoner Electric projects at Meta data center located in Prineville, Oregon. • Lead staff and provide mentorship and continued development of Stoner project Teams.• Manage relationship with customer representatives and facilitate normal cadence of accurately reporting project elements such as cost\schedule impacts, change management, forecast vs actual spending and other cost and schedule performance indicators and milestones. • Provide specific focus on team development and reporting to achieve SLA’s.• Manage and support the safety department staff to ensure all site safety requirements are followed.

Creates and executes all approved inventory change implementation strategies with full accountability for Product Review, Implementation and Standardization Method (PRISM)Collaborates with stakeholders impacted by inventory changes to develop an itemized Implementation PlanManages PRISM SharePoint site; modifies content/layout and creates libraries/folders for supporting documentsReviews and updates inventory status codes in SAP MMBE in conjunction with inventory management teamProactively identifies inefficiencies and introduces continuous process improvementsOutlines task lists for each inventory change approval and follows up to ensure task are completed as plannedDrafts, revises, and manages product evaluation documentsPrepares and presents monthly report to Managers and Directors communicating current status of active inventory changes, as well as itemized tasks required to complete each process
