I have worked in the maintenance and construction of apartments and condos since 1987. In Naples Fl, I worked with a plumbing company for 3 years as an apprentice. After learning to pipe new construction and spending time as a service technician I worked for a couple of different electrical company's for 4 years. As an electrican I worked on wiring new construction and as part of the team that rewired the government complex. We replaced all the underground cables and installed new switch gear. I spent several months replacing the lighting in the Naples mall. I paid my way through college building homes as a carpenter. As the owner of my own company I gained a understanding of the financial side of construction and large renovation projects. With as many as 45 employees and numerious subcontractors working for me, every penny is important.
