Retired from the Lawrenceville Police Department to focus on my campaign for Sheriff. After a great campaign attempt, I am excited about finding my next chapter in another career.At the heart of my work lies a dedication to protecting and serving, a principle that has guided my actions and decisions throughout my career. The administration of the Communications, Records, IT, and Facilities Divisions has been a testament to my ability to manage complex operations effectively. Our collaborative efforts have strengthened the department's technological infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery to the community. My responsibilities included managing (2) Divisional Managers and (19) Divisional Team Members. This also required me to create and implement Agency, Bureau, and Divisional policies, resolving Bureau or Divisional conflicts, managing million-dollar budgets, and ensuring seamless emergency management protocols. As you can imagine, this requires a tremendous amount of leadership skills that focuses on team building with an innovated mindset for others. Within those years, I also served as the Information Technology Manager, ultimately responsible for all IT related infrastructure at the department. For over 17 years, I led a team that established a support ticketing solution, project managed all new hardware and software solutions and migration, served as the main procurement and budget officer, and enhanced the stability and operation of a 24-hr, 365-day, public safety and E-911 infrastructure.
