The path I have taken has been an ever changing and winding one, but a rewarding one. In my 13 years in the customer service industry, I have dedicated my efforts in honing my skills and working my way up the ladder to develop as a leader and master at my craft. I have an excellent track record in proving myself with every opportunity presented to me. Starting as a server at California Pizza Kitchen, I excelled and moved closer and closer to my goal of having my own management position within the company. I went from server to bartender to trainer to supervisor, then ultimately, manager.With my extensive experience from managing a kitchen to running private party banquets to executing front of the house operations, combined with my strong managerial and people skills, I have come to the point on my path where I am ready to expand my skills and knowledge.
