During my time at Regal, I had to work in three main areas. The first category was Concessions, which was the most common one. In this category, my primary responsibility was to take orders from customers, handle cash and card payments, and serve food. The second area was Usher, where I had to ensure that the auditoriums and the building were clean and free from any trash or clutter. Additionally, I was responsible for quality control during movie screenings. The third category was Door, where I had to manage the crowd, maintain building security, and ensure the safety of the customers.

During my time at Spirit Halloween, I was responsible for overseeing the sales associates and ensuring that they met or exceeded the company's expectations. As part of this role, I also had to ensure that the till counts and deposits were processed accurately. Additionally, my team and I were responsible for unloading and processing shipments into the building once a week, and then forwarding them to the sales floor. Throughout this process, we made sure that the store's visual feel and overall experience were maintained at a high level.

Once a week, my team and I would unload and process shipments into the building, and forward them onto the sales floor. We did this while ensuring the visual feel and experience of the store were kept at a high.

The second was Cashier, which was my most common, and consisted of me scanning and bagging items for sale while handling cash/card in and out of the register.
