As a Nerve and Tendon Account Manager at Integra LifeSciences, I leverage my biology degree and sales and marketing expertise to promote Integra's innovative product line of nerve wraps, nerve conduits, and tendon protector sheets. I target plastic surgeons, hand surgeons, foot and ankle surgeons, and breast reconstruction surgeons in the Northern Virginia area, one of the largest and most competitive markets in the southern United States.In my current role, I have demonstrated proficiency at keeping a full sales pipeline by scheduling surgeon lunches, dinners, Integra sponsored journal clubs, and Integra sponsored sectional meetings. I have also managed an over $500,000 territory, achieving 12% average growth compared to the previous months. I am passionate about learning new technologies and techniques in the field of nerve and tendon repair and regeneration, and sharing them with my clients and colleagues.
