I have practiced law in Colorado since 2000, after earning my Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Following admission to the Colorado Bar, my practice has concentrated on recreational and equine law, construction law, medical malpractice, and automotive and transportation defense. I am also highly active in the legal community. I am co-chair of the Denver Bar Association's Bench-Bar Committee, and was recently Second Vice President of the Denver Bar Association's Board of Trustees and a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Board of Governors. I am also a past Chair of the DBA's Young Lawyers Division; as the Chair, I oversaw that group's various charitable and community-focused activities. I have presented numerous instructional programs regarding risk-management and safety issues to outdoor recreation industry professionals including at the Wilderness Risk Management Conference, and conferences hosted by the Colorado Dude and Guest Ranch Association, the Association for Experiential Education, and the American Gap Association. Before joining the firm, I served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard M.
