This was across all business units which included major commercial customers e.g. Woolworths, Coles, IGA, Aldi , Arnotts Biscuits, Goodman Fielder, KFC, McDonalds: Highlights include:• Increased team’s engagement from medium to high (63 to 89) achieving highest department score • Developed customer marketing 2020 strategy aligned to business growth objectives • Delivered Ebit target of $20m on business and product development achieved for 2016/2017 • Partnered with WW on instore bakery strategy plan, delivering 14.5% category growth • Grew revenue in Coles by $24.5m by targeting unmet needs for the Millennial and Ethnic shopper• Leading the strategic direction and execution for Omi-Channel Shopper Marketing Service• Led the stage gate process for all NPD with cross functional input on all product development • Improved speed to market by 35% through clear accelerated process for priority projects • Developed and implemented category and customer marketing training to retail sales team• Appointed to Food & Agriculture Advisory Board, a Monash University & VIC Government project
